Payroll Specialist Lead - Brazil at Remote

Remote is seeking a Payroll Specialist Lead to join its Global Payroll Operations Team. In this role, the individual will serve as a subject matter expert for Brazil, managing end-to-end payroll processing, statutory filing requirements, and compliance. They will also nurture stakeholder relationships across various departments, implement process improvements, and mentor other payroll specialists.

Responsibilities include:

• Acting as a subject matter expert for payroll in Brazil
• Managing relationships with stakeholders in Payroll Implementation, Finance, Product, and Engineering
• Processing full end-to-end payroll, statutory filings, and compliance
• Ensuring data integrity and quality
• Focusing on KPIs and SLAs
• Implementing and improving processes
• Mentoring and supporting payroll specialists

Requirements include:

• In-house payroll management or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of payroll best practices
• Proficiency in software tools like SAP and Excel/Google Sheets
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international environment
• Fluency in written and spoken English
