Remote is seeking a Payroll Specialist Lead to join their Global Payroll Operations Team. This role is crucial in navigating global employment compliantly and with ease.   • Act as a subject matter expert for Brazil payroll.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders in Payroll Implementation, Finance, Product, and Engineering.
  • Process full end-to-end payroll, including statutory filings, exceptions, approvals, payments, and compliance.
  • Ensure data integrity and quality.
  • Focus on KPIs and SLAs.
  • Implement and improve processes.
  • Mentor and support payroll specialists.
  • Back up regional managers during absences.
Requirements:
  • In-house payroll management or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of payroll best practices.
  • Proficiency in software tools like SAP, Excel / Google Sheet.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment.
  • Strong understanding of asynchronous work.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
