Remote is seeking a Payroll Specialist Lead to join their Global Payroll Operations Team. This role is crucial in navigating global employment compliantly and with ease. Act as a subject matter expert for Brazil payroll.
Manage relationships with stakeholders in Payroll Implementation, Finance, Product, and Engineering.
Process full end-to-end payroll, including statutory filings, exceptions, approvals, payments, and compliance.
Ensure data integrity and quality.
Focus on KPIs and SLAs.
Implement and improve processes.
Mentor and support payroll specialists.
Back up regional managers during absences.
Requirements:
In-house payroll management or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of payroll best practices.
Proficiency in software tools like SAP, Excel / Google Sheet.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment.
Strong understanding of asynchronous work.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
