Job Description
Showpad is seeking an Account Manager to play a crucial role in the company's growth. The Account Manager will share the Showpad success story with organizations worldwide, helping them understand the value Showpad offers to align Sales and Marketing.
Role Involves:
- Driving growth and expansion through new products, services, and business units.
- Owning the renewal process for selected accounts.
- Identifying whitespace opportunities and business units not currently gaining value from the Showpad platform.
- Creating and maintaining executive-level relationships.
- Conducting Annual Business Reviews to ensure mutual alignment.
- Leveraging the Showpad Partner network.
- Identifying and understanding customer’s key strategic initiatives.
- Learning and documenting customer’s business model.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience selling software into mid-sized to large enterprises.
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Genuine curiosity in learning customers’ businesses.
- Ability to develop strong Account Plans.
- Consultative and natural in gaining insights into customer’s pains.
- Strong prospecting/networking skills.
- Collaborative nature.
- Startup DNA.
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce preferred).
- Some formal sales training.
