Job Description
Showpad is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth and expansion within existing commercial segment customers. The Account Manager will own the renewal process, develop account plans, and build executive-level relationships. They will conduct annual business reviews, leverage the Showpad partner network, and identify customer strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Driving growth and expansion through new products
  • Owning renewal process for selected accounts
  • Identifying whitespace opportunities
  • Creating/maintaining executive level relationships
  • Conducting Annual Business Reviews
  • Leveraging Showpad Partner network
  • Identifying and understanding customer’s key strategic initiatives
  • Learn and document customer’s business model

Requirements:
  • 2-3 years experience selling software into mid-sized to large enterprises
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Genuine curiosity in learning customer’s business
  • Able to develop strong Account Plans
  • Consultative and natural in gaining insights into customer’s pains
  • Strong prospecting/networking skills
  • Collaborative in nature
  • Startup DNA
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce would be great!)
  • Some formal sales training
