Showpad is seeking a Data Analyst to join their Data Science and Analytics team in Bucharest. This role involves tackling complex challenges, creating clear insights, and shaping the future of analytics at Showpad. The Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving Showpad’s data-driven culture, working on impactful projects, and delivering actionable insights.

Role Involves:
  • Leading analytics projects to uncover user behavior trends and product performance insights.
  • Designing, building, and maintaining dashboards and reports.
  • Writing SQL for data transformation and contributing to data pipelines.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams like Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
  • Identifying automation opportunities and suggesting process improvements.
  • Ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data privacy standards.
  • Translating complex data into clear stories for stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in data analytics or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like QuickSight, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
