Job Description
Showpad is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead one or two engineering teams and the products they deliver. The Engineering Manager will play a critical role in shaping the success of the engineering teams. They will lead with empathy and clarity, empowering engineers to grow while driving impactful outcomes for the business. They will bridge strategy and execution ensuring teams are aligned, motivated, and consistently delivering high-quality, scalable solutions. This role also involves exploring and championing opportunities to leverage AI to enhance products, processes, and team effectiveness.

Role involves:
  • Coaching, mentoring, and inspiring engineers.
  • Owning the end-to-end delivery of complex products.
  • Collaborating with Product and Customer Success to create roadmaps.
  • Fostering efficient ways of working and driving continuous improvement.
  • Acting as a liaison between engineering and other departments.
  • Influencing architectural decisions and upholding high engineering standards.
  • Championing Showpad’s engineering culture.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience leading software engineering teams.
  • Strong foundation in software engineering with modern tech stacks.
  • Ability to support technical decision-making.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
