Fullstack Engineer

Job Description

Showpad is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join their team in Bucharest. The Full Stack Engineer will be pivotal in crafting innovative solutions that transform the creation, organization, and distribution of sales content. Catering to Sales Enablement specialists and Marketing Content Owners, the engineer will harness cutting-edge technologies to continuously elevate Showpad's platform, maximizing its impact on its users. The candidate will not just write code but engineer solutions, crafting powerful new features, optimizing the codebase, and solving intricate technical challenges. He/she will architect, build, and automate scalable cloud solutions, ensuring every line of code is functional, efficient, and seamlessly monitored. This is an opportunity to own the entire development process and drive impact at scale.

• Develop and enhance features across both backend and frontend
• Deliver robust, maintainable, and testable code
• Design and implement cloud-native software solutions
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle
• Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality
• Optimize application performance and ensure seamless integration with backend systems
• Establish yourself as an expert of owned components, features or systems
• Successfully complete projects at large scope while maintaining a consistent high level of productivity

• Team player
• Experience with Angular or similar web application frameworks
• Experience with a backend programming language like Typescript, Kotlin, Go, Python
• Ability to comprehend complex (cloud) architectures and define improvements
• Experience in cloud environments, preferably AWS
• Experience with the agile way of working
