Senior Fullstack Engineer

Showpad is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join their team in Bucharest. This role is pivotal in crafting innovative solutions that transform the creation, organization, and distribution of sales content. The engineer will cater to Sales Enablement specialists and Marketing Content Owners, harnessing cutting-edge technologies to continuously elevate the platform.

The Senior Fullstack Engineer won’t just write code but engineer solutions, crafting powerful new features, optimizing the codebase, and solving intricate technical challenges. They will architect, build, and automate scalable cloud solutions, ensuring every line of code is functional, efficient, and seamlessly monitored. This role offers the chance to own the entire development process and drive impact at scale.

This role is available for hybrid work (2 days in office) from our office in Bucharest.

Role Involves:

• Developing and enhancing features across both backend and frontend.
• Delivering robust, maintainable, and testable code.
• Designing and implementing cloud-native software solutions.
• Participating in the entire software development lifecycle.
• Participating in code reviews and ensuring code quality.
• Optimizing application performance and ensuring seamless integration with backend systems.
• Establishing expertise of owned components, features or systems.
• Successfully completing projects at large scope.

Requirements:

• Team player.
• Experience with Angular or similar web application frameworks.
• Experience with a backend programming language like Typescript, Kotlin, Go, Python.
• Ability to comprehend complex (cloud) architectures and define improvements.
• Experience in cloud environments, preferably AWS.
• Experience with the agile way of working.
