Job Description
BigID is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to cover the APAC region. This role involves being the first customer success hire in the region, offering a significant opportunity to shape the company's growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong consultative skills and be well-versed in data security and privacy. They will navigate complex dynamics to ensure customers achieve maximum value from BigID’s platform.

Role Involves:
  • Customer success ownership for assigned book of business.
  • Building trusted relationships with customer leaders.
  • Mobilizing resources to remove technical and business barriers.
  • Providing technical and business consultation.
  • Identifying and resolving technical challenges.
  • Orchestrating customer vision and strategy.
  • Providing product demonstrations and technical consultation.
  • Reviewing customer architecture.
  • Mapping product capabilities to business processes and compliance requirements.
  • Assisting with competitive analysis.
  • Fostering customer-centricity and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborating with internal teams.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years in Customer Success or related role.
  • Experience working in the APAC region for at least 3 years.
  • Strong technical knowledge across relevant technologies.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven competency in CIO, CPO, CDO, and CISO level conversations.
  • Understanding of customer needs and best practices.
  • Track record of driving adoption and remediating risk.
  • Understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams.
