BigID is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to cover the APAC region. This role involves being the first customer success hire in the region, offering a significant opportunity to shape the company's growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong consultative skills and be well-versed in data security and privacy. They will navigate complex dynamics to ensure customers achieve maximum value from BigID’s platform.
Role Involves:
- Customer success ownership for assigned book of business.
- Building trusted relationships with customer leaders.
- Mobilizing resources to remove technical and business barriers.
- Providing technical and business consultation.
- Identifying and resolving technical challenges.
- Orchestrating customer vision and strategy.
- Providing product demonstrations and technical consultation.
- Reviewing customer architecture.
- Mapping product capabilities to business processes and compliance requirements.
- Assisting with competitive analysis.
- Fostering customer-centricity and continuous improvement.
- Collaborating with internal teams.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in Customer Success or related role.
- Experience working in the APAC region for at least 3 years.
- Strong technical knowledge across relevant technologies.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven competency in CIO, CPO, CDO, and CISO level conversations.
- Understanding of customer needs and best practices.
- Track record of driving adoption and remediating risk.
- Understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams.
