Job Description
BigID is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive deals in the Austin market. The ideal candidate will have experience selling enterprise data or security products and understand how to sell to complex technical audiences. This role involves:
  • Identifying, developing, and executing a comprehensive account strategy.
  • Preparing and maintaining an accurate sales forecast.
  • Networking in customer and related organizations.
  • Establishing positive business relationships with key executives.
  • Maintaining accurate account intelligence in Salesforce.
  • Reporting on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management.
  • Directing an inside sales team and marketing to uncover opportunities.
Requirements include:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • 5-10+ years of direct sales experience selling enterprise software.
  • Proven track record of closing six and seven figure software licensing deals.
  • Measurable track record in new business development and overachieving sales targets.
  • Prior experience selling data security.
  • Experience in selling complex enterprise software solutions.
