Job Description
Glean is seeking an AI Outcomes Manager to help customers transform into AI-native enterprises. This role involves working with executives and end-users to implement Glean's AI solutions across various departments. The AI Outcomes Manager will leverage their business acumen, product sense, and prompting skills to drive adoption and maximize the value of the Glean platform.
Responsibilities: - Engage with executive sponsors and consult on AI roadmap development.
- Understand Glean's product suite to help customers maximize platform use.
- Conduct use case discovery workshops and translate them into tangible outcomes.
- Collaborate with Product and R&D to shape Glean’s product roadmap.
- Identify opportunities to expand Glean’s deployment and enhance customer engagement.
Requirements: - 2+ years of professional experience.
- Hungry, curious, and consultative mindset.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Proven ability to write complex prompts.
- Understanding of various user types and AI applications.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Product sense and ability to drive a product’s full potential capabilities.
