Product Design Lead, Glean Agents

Glean is seeking a Product Design Lead to shape the future of its enterprise AI Agents. The Product Design Lead will collaborate with designers, PMs, engineers, customer success, and marketers to deliver impactful products.

The Product Design Lead will join a collaborative team, integrating research, data, and best practices into a user-centered design process. This role offers the opportunity to influence products used across various industries and contribute to the development of intelligent systems for companies worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a small team of product designers.
• Drive projects throughout the product design lifecycle.
• Develop user experience strategies for key products and features.
• Understand customer needs and create effective design solutions.
• Oversee the entire product design lifecycle, from research to production.
• Produce necessary design artifacts, including specs, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Customize design processes and provide constructive feedback.
• Innovate and develop solutions within AI-enabled environments.
• Foster a safe and inclusive team environment.
• Prioritize business and customer outcomes.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of product design experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing product designers.
• Experience and interest in AI tools.
• Experience designing for B2B products.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma.
• Understanding of technical concepts.
• Strong written, verbal, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and prioritize work.
