Job Description

Glean is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join their team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer infrastructure releases and stability, as well as managing application support issues. The ideal candidate will be customer-obsessed and dedicated to providing the highest level of service.

Role Involves:

  • Owning infrastructure stability for designated customers.
  • Assisting in monitoring alerts and troubleshooting errors.
  • Leading customer reviews of post-incident RCA documents.
  • Coordinating and executing software releases.
  • Setting up new customer projects.
  • Remediating security vulnerabilities.
  • Maintaining security policies.
  • Assisting with cloud best practices.
  • Coordinating all support activities.
  • Representing customer needs for product and security improvements.
  • Creating and maintaining customer-specific runbooks and knowledge articles.
  • Providing technical troubleshooting and resolution of customer issues.
  • Assisting in the configuration of new content sources and product features.
  • Handling customer-impacting alerts.

Requirements:

  • Experience and certifications in Cloud technologies (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
  • Experience with CI/CD and standard deployment frameworks.
  • Knowledge of cloud network and security concepts.
  • Knowledge of SQL/database, Kubernetes, and Linux.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform.
  • Technical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to debug issues.
  • 2+ years of coding and debugging experience in Java and Python.
  • 3+ years of experience in Infrastructure Support, Solutions Engineering, Support Engineering, Professional Services, or DevOps Engineering.
  • Experience in troubleshooting REST API issues.
  • Working experience on SSO, SAML, and OAuth along with network troubleshooting.
  • Experience in using Github, Jira & Confluence.
