Job Description

Glean is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will ensure customer infrastructure releases and stability, manage application support issues, and provide top-tier service to customers.

Role involves:

  • Owning infrastructure stability for designated customers.
  • Assisting in monitoring alerts and troubleshooting errors.
  • Leading customer reviews of post-incident RCA documents.
  • Coordinating and executing software releases.
  • Setting up new customer projects and remediating security vulnerabilities.
  • Maintaining security policies and monitoring vulnerability findings.
  • Assisting customers with cloud best practices.
  • Coordinating support activities and representing customer needs.
  • Creating and maintaining customer-specific runbooks and knowledge articles.
  • Providing technical troubleshooting and resolution of customer issues.
  • Assisting in the configuration of new content sources and product features.
  • Handling customer-impacting alerts.

Requirements:

  • Experience and certifications in Cloud technologies (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
  • Experience with CI/CD and standard deployment frameworks.
  • Deep knowledge of cloud network and security concepts.
  • Knowledge of SQL/database, Basic Kubernetes, and Intermediate/Advanced Linux.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform.
  • Technical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to debug issues.
  • 2+ years of coding and debugging experience in Java and Python.
  • 3+ years of experience in Infrastructure Support, Solutions Engineering, Support Engineering, Professional Services, or DevOps Engineering.
  • Experience in troubleshooting REST API issues.
  • Working experience on SSO, SAML, and OAuth along with network troubleshooting.
  • Experience in using Github, Jira & Confluence.
