Job Description
Glean is seeking a Backend/Infrastructure Engineer to contribute to the development of a high-performance, scalable, and secure system. In this role, the engineer will help make enterprise knowledge readily available to employees. This involves working on various aspects of building a modern cloud-native application stack, using the latest best practices.
  • Owning impactful infrastructure problems from inception and architecture to production launch
  • Writing well thought out design documents and robust, high-quality and well-tested code
  • Collaborating with a strong team to identify impactful projects
  • Mentoring junior engineers or learning from experienced ones
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience
  • BA/BS in computer science, or related degree
  • Experience working on infrastructure for distributed systems or cloud-native applications
  • Strong coding skills (e.g., Go/Python/Java/C++)
  • Familiarity with cloud-native development practices in GCP/AWS/Azure is a plus
