Job Description
Glean is seeking a Tech Lead Manager to lead fullstack product and product infrastructure development for its Generative AI products. The Tech Lead Manager will provide technical direction and coaching to a team of engineers, working closely with product management, design, and data science to advance the Glean Assistant. Glean's platform connects AI with company knowledge, offering search relevance and generative AI applications.Role involves:
  • Building a high-performing team with an inclusive culture.
  • Making technical changes hands-on.
  • Providing technical leadership and vision.
  • Driving product and platform development.
  • Planning for headcount and improving interview processes.
  • Coaching and mentoring engineers.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of engineering experience with 1+ years in management.
  • Experience building web products full stack.
  • Proficiency in recruiting and motivating teams.
  • Passion for people management and customer impact.
  • Expertise in React, Typescript, Golang, SQL, GCP, and AWS is desirable.
  • Experience with large language models is beneficial.
