Glean is seeking a Tech Lead Manager (TLM) to lead its cloud platform engineering team in Bangalore. The TLM will play a crucial role in building and enhancing Glean's cutting-edge platform during its hyper-growth phase. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, cloud distributed systems, and team leadership.

Responsibilities:
