Job Description
Glean is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead and oversee the full lifecycle of Engineering projects for its largest enterprise and strategic accounts. The Technical Project Manager will work closely with Engineering teams and cross-functional partners to ensure the successful delivery of projects from requirement collection to successful delivery to customers.Role involves:
  • Leading complex, multi-disciplinary technical projects from start to finish.
  • Leading end-to-end project management for multiple assigned projects.
  • Establishing strong relationships with key cross functional stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into project requirements.
  • Working closely with Engineers, CS, and Product teams to drive software development and manage technical dependencies.
  • Coordinating project resources and timelines.
  • Proactively identifying project risks and executing mitigation plans.
  • Implementing/improving Glean’s ability of robust testing and quality deployment procedures.
  • Maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
  • Establishing and managing project key performance indicators (KPI’s).
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in a program or project management role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing Engineering projects with an emphasis on large-scale, enterprise cloud deployments.
  • Strong understanding of cloud software architecture, deployment, and/or security best practices.
  • Communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
  • Problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
