Job Description
Glean is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to spearhead marketing initiatives within the manufacturing sector. This role, based in either San Francisco or Palo Alto, will focus on shaping and executing the go-to-market strategy for key manufacturing use cases. The Product Marketing Manager will act as a champion for the manufacturing industry, deeply understanding customer needs and translating them into compelling marketing messages.

Role involves:
  • Defining and owning the GTM strategy for the manufacturing sector.
  • Researching and understanding customers in manufacturing, their use cases, KPIs, and approach to AI-powered productivity.
  • Developing compelling messaging around key use cases within manufacturing.
  • Building pitch decks and delivering enablement materials to the broader GTM team.
  • Working with cross-functional stakeholders to develop marketing materials for manufacturing.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years experience in manufacturing product marketing or related functions.
  • Direct experience marketing to manufacturing, supply chain, IT and related personas.
  • BA/BS in engineering, business, marketing, or related degree.
  • Familiarity with sub-verticals within manufacturing.
  • Working knowledge of common applications and systems used in key departments in manufacturing.
  • Understanding of common generative AI technologies and tools.
  • Experience developing messaging, positioning, pitch decks, marketing content, and enablement materials.
  • Stellar written and verbal communication skills.
