Glean is seeking a Product Management Lead to enhance knowledge work through AI. The Product Manager will deliver products for knowledge management and collaborate with Design, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Success teams. This role focuses on making Glean's products easier for enterprises to adopt.Role involves:

• Spending time with customers to understand their needs
• Developing product roadmap
• Empowering team by giving context and building alignment
• Driving customer-focused decisions
• Coordinating cross-functionally with leadership and go-to-market teams
• Building processes that will scale as our team and company grow

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in product management at SaaS companies
• Experience serving large enterprises
• Strong technical background and analytical thinking
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven track record of taking ownership and delivering results
• Learning and growth mindset
• Experience with AI adoption
