Job Description

Glean is seeking a Lead Product Manager to join their team in Bangalore, India. Glean's mission is to make knowledge work faster and more humane by building a system of intelligence for every company in the world.The Lead Product Manager will be responsible for leading product building processes, culture, and coordination across the product teams in Bangalore. They will have direct management responsibility of product managers and designers and will be responsible for specific product scopes, including their strategy, execution, and customer relationships. This role offers an outsized opportunity to shape both the product roadmap and the product team itself.What this role involves:

• Spending time with customers to understand their needs
• Developing the product roadmap
• Coordinating product, design, and talent processes
• Empowering the team by providing context and direction
• Driving customer-focused decisions and prioritization
• Coordinating cross-functionally with leadership and stakeholders
• Building scalable processes for rapid growth

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in product management at SaaS companies
• Experience serving large enterprises
• Experience working on collaboration, productivity, or ML/ranking tools (a plus)
• Experience managing product managers and designers
• Strong technical background and analytical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven track record of ownership and delivering results
