Product Manager

Job Description

Glean is seeking a Product Manager to help solve knowledge worker challenges. The Product Manager will deliver products for finding, curating, sharing, discovering, and managing knowledge. This role involves shaping the product roadmap and the product team, collaborating with Design, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Success teams.What this role involves:

• Spending time with customers to understand their knowledge needs
• Developing key parts of the product roadmap
• Empowering the team by giving context and setting direction
• Driving customer-focused decisions and efficient execution
• Coordinating cross-functionally with leadership and go-to-market teams
• Building scalable processes for a rapidly growing team and company

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience as a product manager at a B2B SaaS company
• Experience with collaboration, productivity, or ML/ranking tools (a plus)
• Strong technical background and analytical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven track record of ownership and delivering results
• Effective collaboration with cross-functional partners
