Job Description
Glean is seeking a Product Manager for AI Governance to help solve knowledge worker problems. The Product Manager will deliver products for finding, curating, sharing, discovering, and managing knowledge. This role involves shaping the product roadmap and the product team. The Product Manager will collaborate with Design, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Success partners to understand customers and build tools.
Role Involves:
- Spending time with customers to understand their needs.
- Developing the product roadmap.
- Empowering the team by providing context and direction.
- Driving customer-focused decisions and prioritization.
- Coordinating cross-functionally with leadership and go-to-market teams.
- Building scalable processes.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in product management at SaaS companies.
- Experience serving large enterprises with responsibilities spanning security, governance, trust, identity, and data integrations.
- Strong technical background and experience with UX and API driven products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record of taking ownership and delivering results.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.
