Job Description
Glean is seeking a Product Manager to enhance its AI-powered knowledge work platform, specifically for engineering users. The Product Manager will play a crucial role in shaping the product roadmap and expanding Glean's capabilities to meet the needs of software engineers. This role involves collaborating with Design, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Success teams to deliver best-in-class products.
Role Involves:
- Spending time with customers to understand their knowledge needs.
- Developing key parts of the product roadmap.
- Empowering the team by providing context and direction.
- Driving customer-focused decisions and efficient execution.
- Coordinating cross-functionally with leadership and go-to-market teams.
- Building scalable processes for rapid growth.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
- Track record of ownership across core product features.
- Strong technical background.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record of taking initiative and delivering results.
- Experience working as an IC software engineer is a plus.
