Product Manager, LLM Infrastructure

Glean is seeking a Product Manager for LLM Infrastructure to join their team in Palo Alto, CA. The company is building a system of intelligence for every company in the world, acting as the connective tissue between AI and knowledge.The Product Manager will evaluate LLM models, define the roadmap for growing Glean’s LLM portfolio, manage relationships with inference and model providers, and determine product strategy for allowing customers to experiment with different LLMs. This role involves owning projections of LLM usage, cost, and capacity planning while driving customer enablement and their upgrade adoption journey for the latest LLMs and LLM-native capabilities.What this role involves:

• Spending time with customers to understand their needs
• Developing product roadmap
• Empowering the team by providing context and direction
• Driving customer-focused decisions and prioritization
• Coordinating cross-functionally with leadership and stakeholders
• Building scalable processes

Requirements:

• 4+ years of product management experience at SaaS companies
• Experience with AI/ML Ops and external-facing platform capabilities
• Strong technical background with UX and API driven products
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven track record of ownership and delivering results
• Collaborative with cross-functional partners
