Glean is seeking a Business Development Representative to join their team in Japan. Glean's mission is to bring people the knowledge they need to make a difference in the world. Role involves:
- Generating new business leads to fuel the sales pipeline
- Driving net new business meetings through targeted campaigns
- Creating and prioritizing strategic target account lists
- Researching and building new and existing accounts
- Data clean-up and maintenance
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as SDR, preferably in a SaaS company
- Japan market experience preferred
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Experience with prospecting tools like Linkedin Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, LeadIQ etc
- Proficiency in cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
- Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting individual with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Ability to understand business requirements and organizational structure
- Excellent time management/organizational skills
- Track record of success in a performance and metrics-driven role
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Basic knowledge of workplace SaaS software a plus
