Job Description
Glean is seeking a Business Development Representative to join their team in Bangalore. Glean's mission is to bring people the knowledge they need to make a difference in the world. The company was founded by a team of former Google search and Facebook engineers who wanted to create an easier way to find information at work.This role involves generating new business leads, driving new business meetings through targeted campaigns, and helping to create and prioritize strategic target account lists. The BDR will also be responsible for researching and building new and existing accounts, as well as data clean-up and maintenance.
- Generate new business leads to fuel the sales pipeline
- Drive net new business meetings by creating and executing targeted campaigns

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as BDR preferably in a SaaS company
- EMEA market experience preferred
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Experience working with prospecting tools like Linkedin Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, LeadIQ etc
- Proficient in cold calling, emailing and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
- Highly motivated, driven and self-starting individual with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
- Ability to understand business requirements and organizational structure
- Excellent time management/organizational skills
- Track record of success in a performance and metrics driven role
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Basic knowledge of workplace SaaS software a plus
