Job Description
Glean is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to drive new business within the West territory. The ideal candidate will source and close new logos, navigate complex organizations, and understand customer business objectives. This role involves collaborating with internal partners, delivering ARR revenue targets, and developing sales strategies. The Account Executive will also create ROI reports and manage POCs based on business success criteria.

    Requirements:
  • 3+ years of closing experience in Sales
  • Track record of being a top performer
  • Ability to learn and demonstrate a highly technical product
  • Experience closing complex deals
  • Experience building relationships with C-level executives
  • Knowledge of best-of-breed softwares
  • Experience selling technical SaaS and cloud-based software solutions
  • Basic understanding of search infrastructure (plus)
  • Experience working with multiple teammates
  • Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and using MEDDIC and Challenger methodologies (plus)
  • Must reside in the Bay Area
