Glean is seeking a Corporate Account Executive to join their team in Nashville. Glean aims to revolutionize knowledge work through AI, creating AI assistants for enhanced productivity. The company values curiosity, creativity, and collaboration.
The Corporate Account Executive will be responsible for sourcing and closing new clients, navigating organizational structures, and understanding customer business objectives. They will collaborate with internal partners, consistently meet revenue targets, and develop sales strategies. The role also involves creating ROI reports and managing Proof of Concepts (POCs).
What this role involves:
- Sourcing and closing net new logos within a given territory
- Navigating complex organizational structures and identifying executive sponsors and champions
- Researching and understanding the business objectives of your customers
- Collaborating with internal partners to move deals forward and ensure customer success
- Delivering ARR revenue targets and driving success through a metric based approach
- Developing and executing sales strategies and tactics to generate pipeline
- Creating ROI and business justification reports based off of a data driven approach
- Running tight POCs based off of business success criteria
Requirements:
- 3+ years of closing experience in Sales with a track record of being a top performer
- Ability to learn, pitch and demonstrate a highly technical product
- Clear examples of deals closing you have been directly involved in
- Effectively use a repeatable method for uncovering greenfield opportunities and building out a new territory
- Previous experience building relationships and selling face to face to C level executives
- Knowledge of best of breed softwares and a technical understanding of integrations, APIs, infrastructure management, security and analytics
- Experience selling technical SaaS and cloud based software solutions
- Basic understanding of search infrastructure is a plus
- Previous experience working with multiple teammates including SEs, BDRs, PMs, Executives & Engineers
- Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and using MEDDPIC and Challenger (or similar) methodologies is a plus.
