Job Description
Glean is seeking a Deal Desk Manager to build and lead their Deal Desk function. This role involves collaborating with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations to streamline processes, provide strategic guidance, and ensure alignment across teams. The Deal Desk Manager will play a critical role in shaping Glean's deal execution strategy, improving contract workflows, and optimizing pricing and approval frameworks to drive efficient and scalable growth.Role involves:

Requirements:
- 5+ years in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, or a similar function within the SaaS/technology industry
- Strong understanding of deal structuring, pricing strategies, and contract negotiation processes
- Proficiency in CRM and CPQ tools, with a preference for Salesforce experience
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with the capacity to balance risk, efficiency, and business goals
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and build a function from the ground up in a high-growth environment
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities in a dynamic environment
