Glean is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join their team in Australia. This role is remote.
The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for sourcing and closing new business within a given territory. They will navigate complex organizational structures, identify executive sponsors, and research customer business objectives. The role involves collaborating with internal partners, delivering ARR revenue targets, and developing sales strategies.
What this role involves: - Sourcing and closing net new logos.
- Navigating complex organizational structures.

- Developing and executing sales strategies.
- Creating ROI and business justification reports.
- Running tight POCs based off of business success criteria.
Requirements: - 5+ years of closing experience in Sales.
- Ability to learn and demonstrate a highly technical product.
- Experience closing complex deals and selling into complex organizations.
- Experience building relationships and selling to C-level executives.
- Knowledge of best-of-breed software and a technical understanding of integrations, APIs, infrastructure management, security, and analytics.
- Experience selling technical SaaS and cloud-based software solutions.
