Remote is seeking an Account Executive for the Benelux region to join their Sales Team. The Account Executive will drive net new business for Remote in a pure hunting role.
What this role involves:
- Creating 'Land' opportunity deals with detailed notes and accurate close dates.
- Maintaining a clean and current pipeline of volume-based, high-velocity opportunities.
- Efficiently presenting and delivering information to potential clients.
- Proactively answering client questions and following up promptly.
- Collaborating with key internal departments to support client processes and experiences.
- Closing sales deals efficiently while guiding clients through the process.
- Meeting and exceeding sales quotas based on role level and managing the entire sales cycle.
- Identifying new opportunities and managing the sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Understanding the communication needs of small and mid-sized business customers and designing solutions.
- Self-generating leads through telephone contact, cold calls, networking, and industry events.
Requirements:
- Fluent level of Dutch and English.
- High level of integrity and work ethic.
- Self-motivated and self-directed.
- Efficient in multitasking, prioritization, and time management.
- In-depth understanding of company services and industry position.
- In-depth knowledge of sales processes.
- Demonstrated ability to initiate and convert prospects, close deals, and achieve sales quotas.
- Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision-makers.
- Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
- Ability to confidently make cold calls to build pipelines.
- Ability to build trust with clients and work as an advisor.
- Capable of forecasting sales to achieve targets on a monthly basis.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Experience in the HR industry is a plus.
