This is a Future Talent Opportunity - Account Executive - Benelux role at Remote. Remote is seeking an Account Executive to join their Sales Team. The role is focused on driving net new business for Remote in a pure hunting capacity. This is not an active job opening, but a way for us to connect with talent for future opportunities.
Role Involves:
- Creating 'Land' opportunity deals with detailed notes and accurate close dates.
- Maintaining a clean and current pipeline of volume based, high velocity opportunities.
- Efficiently presenting and delivering information to potential clients.
- Proactively answering client questions and following up promptly.
- Internal collaboration and communication with key departments.
- Closing sales deals efficiently while guiding clients through the process.
- Meeting and exceeding sales quota and managing the entire sales cycle.
- Identifying new opportunities and managing the sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Self-generating leads through various methods including cold calls and networking.
Requirements:
- Fluent level of Dutch and English.
- High level of integrity and work ethic.
- Self-motivated and self-directed.
- Efficient in multitasking, prioritization, and time management.
- In-depth understanding of company services and industry position.
- In-depth knowledge of sales processes.
- Demonstrated ability to initiate and convert prospects, close deals, and achieve sales quotas.
- Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills.
- Ability to confidently make cold calls.
- Ability to build trust with clients.
- Experience with CRM tools.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Experience in the HR industry a plus.
