Job Description
Glean is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join their team. This role is remote and based in Boston. The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for sourcing and closing net new logos within a given territory, navigating complex organizational structures, and collaborating with internal partners to drive customer success. They will consistently deliver ARR revenue targets and develop sales strategies to generate pipeline and drive sales opportunities.
What this role involves: - Sourcing and closing net new logos within a given territory.
- Navigating complex organizational structures and identifying executive sponsors and champions.
- Researching and understanding the business objectives of customers.
- Collaborating with internal partners to move deals forward and ensure customer success.
- Delivering ARR revenue targets and driving success through a metric-based approach.
- Developing and executing sales strategies and tactics to generate pipeline.
- Creating ROI and business justification reports based on a data-driven approach.
- Running tight POCs based on business success criteria.
Requirements for this role: - Candidates are required to reside in the New York Metropolitan area.
- 6+ years of closing experience in Sales with a track record of being a top performer.
- Ability to learn, pitch, and demonstrate a highly technical product.
- Experience closing complex deals and selling into complex organizations.
- Knowledge of best-of-breed software and a technical understanding of integrations, APIs, infrastructure management, security, and analytics.
- Experience selling technical SaaS and cloud-based software solutions.
