Glean is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join their team. This role is remote and based in the New York Metropolitan area. The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for sourcing and closing new logos within a given territory, navigating complex organizational structures, and collaborating with internal partners to drive customer success. What this role involves: - Sourcing and closing net new logos within a given territory.
- Navigating complex organizational structures and identifying executive sponsors and champions.
- Researching and understanding the business objectives of customers.
- Collaborating with internal partners to move deals forward and ensure customer success.
- Delivering ARR revenue targets and driving success through a metric-based approach.
- Developing and executing sales strategies and tactics to generate pipeline and drive sales opportunities.
- Providing timely and insightful input back to other corporate functions.
- Creating ROI and business justification reports based on a data-driven approach.
- Running tight POCs based on business success criteria.
Requirements: - Candidates are required to reside in the New York Metropolitan area.
- 6+ years of closing experience in Sales with a track record of being a top performer.
- Ability to learn, pitch, and demonstrate a highly technical product.
- Experience closing complex deals and selling into complex organizations.
- Experience uncovering greenfield opportunities and building out a new territory.
- Previous experience building relationships and selling face-to-face to C-level executives.
- Knowledge of best-of-breed software and a technical understanding of integrations, APIs, infrastructure management, security, and analytics.
- Experience selling technical SaaS and cloud-based software solutions.
