Remote is seeking an Account Executive to join their Sales Team, focusing on the Benelux region. Role Involves:
  • Creating 'Land' opportunity deals with detailed notes and accurate close dates.
  • Maintaining a clean and current pipeline of volume-based, high-velocity opportunities.
  • Presenting and delivering information to potential clients efficiently.
  • Proactively answering client questions and providing prompt follow-up.
  • Collaborating with key departments to support client processes and experiences.
  • Closing sales deals efficiently while guiding clients through the process.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales quotas based on role level.
  • Managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Identifying new opportunities and designing solutions for small and mid-sized businesses.
  • Self-generating leads through various methods, including cold calls and networking.

Requirements:
  • Fluent level of Dutch and English.
  • High level of integrity and work ethic.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed.
  • Efficient in multitasking, prioritization, and time management.
  • In-depth understanding of company services and industry position.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to initiate and convert prospects, close deals, and achieve sales quotas.
  • Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
  • Ability to confidently make cold calls to build pipelines.
  • Ability to build trust with clients and work as an advisor.
  • Capable of forecasting sales to achieve targets on a monthly basis.
  • Experience with CRM tools.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Experience in the HR industry is a plus.
