Job Description
Glean is seeking a Regional Partner Manager for the ANZ region to drive partnerships within the generative AI landscape. This role involves building relationships with Cloud, VAR, Reseller, SI, and GSI partners in the enterprise search and knowledge management category. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and sales, with a proven track record of growing GTM partnerships in a fast-paced environment.Role involves:
  • Developing and managing alliances with VAR, Reseller, SI, and GSI partners.
  • Creating and driving a co-sell motion.
  • Supporting partner marketing and pipeline generation.
  • Managing deal pipeline.
  • Collaborating with partners to develop and execute joint go-to-market plans.
  • Working closely with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams.
  • Ensuring successful delivery of partner-driven projects.
  • Tracking and reporting on key performance metrics.
  • Identifying new opportunities for partnerships and growth.
  • Ensuring partners have the necessary training, resources, and support.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of industry experience within partnership/alliances, primarily in a sales capacity.
  • 5+ years of direct sales/channel sales/management experience within the data, cloud or SaaS space.
  • Strategic and structured thinking.
  • Resourcefulness and scrappiness.
  • Extroverted and collaborative nature.
  • Knowledge of the enterprise SaaS sales motion.
  • Ability to design and present business plans.
  • Comfort working in remote/distributed environments.
