Job Description
Glean is seeking a dynamic Sales Development Manager to establish and expand their Nashville team. This role involves leading a team of SDRs to generate pipeline and qualified opportunities for the North American sales team. The Sales Development Manager will be responsible for recruiting, coaching, and mentoring SDRs, building repeatable training programs, and consulting with GTM leadership to execute strategic growth plans. They will also enable the team with company-standard sales methodologies and leverage creative marketing and sales tactics.Responsibilities include defining and optimizing KPIs, managing BDR reports and dashboards, and collaborating with the Marketing team to provide feedback on MQLs and campaigns. The role also requires fostering a positive team culture, developing scalable sales systems, and continuously evaluating and optimizing results.What this role involves:
  • Leading a team of SDRs to generate pipeline.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of quota-carrying sales experience.
  • 2+ years of experience leading sales development teams.
  • Startup and SaaS experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and sales enablement tools.
  • Proven data-driven results.
