Job Description
Glean is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their team in the New York Metro area. Glean's mission is to make knowledge work faster and more humane with AI. The role involves:
  • Generating new business pipeline through prospecting outbound opportunities.
  • Partnering with Account Executives to identify and source new pipeline.
  • Identifying key decision makers within new large enterprise and strategic accounts.
  • Gaining interest from prospective customers through outbound cold calling and emails.
  • Running qualification calls with potential clients.
  • Demonstrating attentive listening skills and articulating how Glean meets customer needs.
  • Meeting established quota targets.
  • Providing feedback on MQLs and campaigns.
  • Representing Glean at strategic marketing events and trade shows.
  • Developing critical sales skills.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university.
  • Team-centric mindset and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to identify potential customer opportunities.
  • Passion and curiosity around technology.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced startup culture.
