Remote is seeking an Account Executive for the Benelux region to join their Sales Team. The Account Executive will drive net new business, focusing on hunting new opportunities.What this role involves:
  • Creating 'Land' opportunity deals with detailed notes and accurate close dates.
  • Maintaining a clean and current pipeline of volume-based, high-velocity opportunities.
  • Efficiently presenting and delivering information to potential clients.
  • Proactively answering client questions and following up promptly.
  • Collaborating with key departments to support client processes and experiences.
  • Closing sales deals efficiently while guiding clients through the process.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales quotas and managing the entire sales cycle.
  • Identifying new opportunities and managing the sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Self-generating leads through telephone calls, cold calls, networking, and industry events.
Requirements:
  • Fluent level of Dutch and English.
  • High level of integrity and work ethic.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed.
  • Efficient in multitasking, prioritization, and time management.
  • In-depth understanding of company services and industry position.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to initiate and convert prospects, close deals, and achieve sales quotas.
  • Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
  • Ability to confidently make cold calls to build pipelines.
  • Ability to build trust with clients and work as an advisor.
  • Capable of forecasting sales to achieve targets monthly.
  • Experience with CRM tools.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Experience in the HR industry is a plus.
