Job Description

Glean is seeking a talented Solutions Architect to join their rapidly expanding team. The Solutions Architect will be the primary technical advisor to Glean's customers post-sale, focusing on the Enterprise & Strategic segment. They will guide customers through the architecture, design, and implementation of Glean within their enterprise architecture. Glean is the work assistant with intuition. • Establishing and maintaining the role as the customer's primary technical advisor.
• Working with customers to onboard new data sources and implement custom integrations of Glean.
• Building and providing tools, templates, and documentation for customers.
• Identifying opportunities to expand the use of Glean.
• Providing training and guidance to customer technical resources.
• Aligning technical plans with customers and Glean Customer Success.
• Assisting with issue identification, troubleshooting, and remediation.
• Working with Product Management and Engineering to drive product improvements.
• Being an active member of the Glean customer technical community.

• Software development experience in Python, Java, or Go.
• API and custom data integration experience.
• Technical debugging skills.
• Networking expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud technologies (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Security & audit experience.
