Job Description
Glean is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their team. Glean is on a mission to revolutionize knowledge work through AI, offering a platform that connects enterprise knowledge and AI agents. The Solutions Engineer will partner with Account Executives to manage complex deals and create custom demos for clients. They will also lead technical discovery calls and security conversations, ensuring customer comfort with Glean's security measures. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering teams to address customer requests and advocate for their needs.
Role Involves:
- Partnering with Account Executives in deal cycles
- Creating and demonstrating custom environments
- Managing technical Proof of Concept (POC) cycles
- Leading technical discovery calls
- Leading security conversations
- Developing ROI and business justification reports
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales engineering or solution consulting experience in a SaaS organization
- Bachelor's degree in CS or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience partnering with AEs to run technical deal cycles with Enterprise customers
- Familiarity with any cloud environment (GCP, AWS, Azure)
- Proficiency in Python or Java
- Ability to configure, monitor and maintain API based integrations
