Job Description
Glean is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their team. This role involves partnering with Account Executives to navigate complex sales cycles, create and demo custom environments, and lead technical POC cycles. The Solutions Engineer will also perform customer-facing activities, lead security conversations, and work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams.
- Partnering with Account Executives
- Creating and demonstrating custom environments
- Managing technical POC cycles
- Leading security conversations
- Developing ROI and business justification reports
- 5+ years of sales engineering or solution consulting experience in a SaaS organization
- Bachelor's degree in CS or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure)
- Proficiency in Python or Java
