Remote is seeking an Account Executive to join their Sales Team in the DACH region. This role is focused on driving net new business for Remote as a pure hunter.
Responsibilities:
- Create 'Land' opportunity deals with detailed notes and accurate close dates.
- Meet and exceed sales quota.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Maintain a clean and current pipeline.
- Present information to potential clients and answer their questions promptly.
- Collaborate with key departments to support client process and experience.
- Close sales deals efficiently while guiding clients through the process.
- Self-generate leads through various methods including cold calls and networking.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Account Executive in a New Business Role, or related SaaS sales experience preferred.
- Proven success in building customer relationships.
- Native or professional fluency in German, with excellent English communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of sales processes.
- Ability to confidently build an outbound sales pipeline.
- High level of integrity and work ethic.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Efficient in multitasking, prioritization, and time management.
- In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry.
- Ability to build trust with clients.
- Capable of forecasting sales to achieve targets monthly.
- Experience in the HR industry is a plus.
