Job Description

Glean is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join their expanding team. In this role, the individual will provide support to Glean's growing customer base, ensuring a positive support experience. The Technical Support Engineer will collaborate with the Field team and customers to address inquiries and issues, contributing to the company's customer-obsessed culture.

Role involves:

  • Providing high-quality customer communication and technical troubleshooting.
  • Assisting customers with new product features, configurations, and integrations.
  • Educating customers on Glean product features.
  • Identifying customer system health issues and executing remediation plans.
  • Contributing to customer help articles and internal runbooks.
  • Providing root cause analysis documents for high-impact incidents.
  • Collaborating with teams across Glean to drive improvements.

Requirements:

  • Interpersonal skills: communication, project planning, self-motivation, detail-oriented, data-driven.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience in Customer Success Management, Support Engineering, Professional Services, or Technical Project Management.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles with search technologies, knowledge technologies, or SaaS-based system integrations.
  • Experience with Cloud technologies (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of industry experience or Masters with 1+ year of industry experience.
