Remote is seeking an Account Executive to join its Sales Team in the DACH region. This is a pure hunting role focused on driving net new business for Remote's Global HR Platform. The Account Executive will respond to incoming queries and help customers understand how to maximize Remote’s full suite of products to meet their employment needs.

What this role involves:

  • Creating 'Land' opportunity deals with detailed notes and accurate close dates.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales quota.
  • Managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Maintaining a clean and current pipeline.
  • Efficiently presenting information to potential clients.
  • Collaborating with key internal departments.
  • Closing sales deals and guiding clients through the process.
  • Self-generating leads through various channels.

What you bring:

  • Previous experience as an Account Executive in a New Business Role, or related SaaS sales experience preferred.
  • Proven success in building customer relationships.
  • Native or professional fluency in German; excellent English communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales processes.
  • Ability to build an outbound sales pipeline.
  • High level of integrity and work ethic.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
  • Efficient multitasking and time management skills.
  • In-depth understanding of company services and industry position.
  • Ability to build client trust and work as an advisor.
  • Capability of forecasting sales to achieve targets.
  • Experience in the HR industry is a plus.
