Remote is seeking an Account Executive to join their Sales Team in the DACH region. This is a hunting role focused on driving net new business for Remote. The Account Executive will play a crucial role in expanding Remote's customer base by identifying opportunities, managing sales cycles, and closing deals.
Responsibilities:
- Create 'Land' opportunity deals with detailed notes and accurate close dates.
- Meet and exceed sales quota.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Maintain a clean and current pipeline of high-velocity opportunities.
- Present information to potential clients and answer their questions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to support client processes.
- Close sales deals efficiently and guide clients through the process.
- Self-generate leads through various channels, including cold calls and networking.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Account Executive in a New Business Role, or related SaaS sales experience preferred
- Proven success in building customer relationships.
- Native or professional fluency in German, and excellent English communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of sales processes and ability to qualify opportunities.
- Ability to build outbound sales pipeline using various channels.
- High level of integrity and work ethic.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Efficient multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
- In-depth understanding of company services and industry position.
- Ability to build trust with clients and work as an advisor.
- Experience in the HR industry is a plus.
