Remote is seeking an Account Executive to join their Sales Team. This role is focused on driving net new business for Remote's Global HR Platform.

The Account Executive will play a crucial role in helping prospective and active customers fully experience Remote’s suite of products, ensuring they maximize their employment solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of integrity, a strong work ethic, and a self-motivated approach to thrive in a fast-paced, independent environment.

The role involves:

  • Creating 'Land' opportunity deals with detailed notes and accurate close dates.
  • Maintaining a clean and current pipeline of volume-based, high-velocity opportunities.
  • Efficiently presenting and delivering information to potential clients.
  • Proactively answering client questions and providing timely follow-ups.
  • Collaborating and communicating with key internal departments to support client processes.
  • Closing sales deals efficiently while guiding clients through the process.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales quotas and managing the entire sales cycle.
  • Identifying new opportunities from prospecting to close.
  • Self-generating leads through telephone calls, cold calls, networking, and industry events.

Requirements include:

  • Fluent level of Swedish/Norwegian/Finnish and English.
  • In-depth understanding of company services and industry positioning.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to initiate and convert prospects and achieve sales quotas.
  • Strong problem identification and resolution skills.
  • Ability to confidently make cold calls to build pipelines.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
