Syndigo is seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead its compensation, recognition, and benefits initiatives. This role is crucial in aligning the total rewards framework with business objectives, ensuring the attraction, retention, and motivation of top talent. The Senior Manager will leverage data-driven insights and industry best practices to shape the workforce strategy for sustained growth. This role involves partnering with leaders throughout the business, with an emphasis on cross-functional collaborations with the Finance team.Syndigo is looking for someone who can:
  • Design and implement compensation architecture.
  • Manage global benefits programs.
  • Oversee employee recognition and engagement.
  • Partner with regional HR teams.
  • Lead process optimization and efficiency efforts.
  • Mentor and educate the HR team.
Requirements for this role include:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Experience leading compensation planning.
  • Proven experience in a global role within the technology sector.
  • Strong knowledge of benefits compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
