Job Description

Syndigo is seeking a UI Architect to oversee the UI/UX framework of their platform. The UI Architect will simplify and manage complexities related to scale, performance, and configuration, enabling application developers to focus on business logic. The ideal candidate will be proactive, forward-thinking, and thrive in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design and development of UI and related tiers in multi-tiered, scalable applications.
• Provide guidance to project teams regarding UI guiding principles and best practices.
• Support and create a standard framework for development projects and common libraries.
• Collaborate with peer architects to solve complex problems.
• Mentor other developers and designers.
• Design, run, and monitor software performance tests.
• Conduct research on emerging application development software.

Requirements:

• Advanced Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Extensive experience with object-oriented UI Tier software development methodologies.
• Ability to design and implement Multi Browser UI Frameworks development.
• Experience with Test Driven Development/Refactoring ideas/ Domain driven design patterns.
• In-depth knowledge and work experience in HTML5/CSS3, Sass/Less, flex layouts, XML, JSON.
