Job Description
Syndigo is seeking a Client Expansion Account Executive to grow existing customer relationships in the SMB/Mid-Market space. The Account Executive will identify opportunities within Mid-Market & SMB client territories and articulate how Syndigo helps brands advance their omni-channel strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and building client expansion opportunities.
- Conducting needs analysis and positioning discovery questions.
- Communicating Syndigo’s value proposition.
- Collaborating with internal teams to facilitate pipeline development.
- Initiating introductory meetings through networking and cold calls.
- Demonstrating SaaS based platform capabilities.
- Negotiating pricing strategy and contract terms.
- Developing account strategy and managing pipeline in Salesforce.
- Achieving weekly activity KPI’s.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in a quota carrying sales role.
- Passion for hunting and growing customer relationships.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, SalesLoft and ZoomInfo.
- MEDDPICC certified or mastery of other sales methodology.
- Interest in consumer goods, retail or eCommerce verticals.
- Ability to prospect, qualify and open opportunities.
