Job Description
Syndigo is seeking a Client Expansion Account Executive to grow existing customer relationships in the SMB/Mid-Market space. The Account Executive will identify opportunities within Mid-Market & SMB client territories and articulate how Syndigo helps brands advance their omni-channel strategy.

Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and building client expansion opportunities.
  • Conducting needs analysis and positioning discovery questions.
  • Communicating Syndigo’s value proposition.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to facilitate pipeline development.
  • Initiating introductory meetings through networking and cold calls.
  • Demonstrating SaaS based platform capabilities.
  • Negotiating pricing strategy and contract terms.
  • Developing account strategy and managing pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Achieving weekly activity KPI’s.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years in a quota carrying sales role.
  • Passion for hunting and growing customer relationships.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, SalesLoft and ZoomInfo.
  • MEDDPICC certified or mastery of other sales methodology.
  • Interest in consumer goods, retail or eCommerce verticals.
  • Ability to prospect, qualify and open opportunities.
