Job Description
Remote is seeking an Account Executive to join their Sales Team, focusing on the APAC region. This is a future talent opportunity, aimed at connecting with potential candidates for strategic growth in 2025 and beyond. They make it possible for businesses of all sizes to recruit, pay, and manage international teams.This role involves driving net new business for Remote as a hunter, responding to incoming queries, and helping customers understand how to maximize Remote’s full suite of products. The Account Executive will manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, identify new opportunities, and understand the communication needs of small and mid-sized business customers.Responsibilities:
  • Create 'Land' opportunity deals with detailed notes and accurate close dates.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Maintain a clean and current pipeline of high-velocity opportunities.
  • Present information to potential clients and answer their questions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer success.
  • Close sales deals efficiently and guide clients through the process.
  • Meet and exceed sales quota.
  • Self-generate leads through various methods.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated ability to initiate and convert prospects, close deals, and achieve sales quotas.
  • Experience selling into ANZ markets is essential, with preference for additional APAC markets.
  • Ability to confidently make cold calls to build pipelines.
  • Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision-makers.
  • Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes and tech stack (LI, Salesforce, Zoominfo, etc.).
  • Previous sales hunting experience or related SaaS sales experience is preferred.
  • In-depth understanding of Remote’s services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; business fluency in an Asian language is preferable.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and able to perform under pressure.
  • Customer-obsessed with a desire to be in a customer-facing role.
